Shower and Water FIlters have been engineered and manufactured of the highest grade materials, to the highest professional standards of workmanship, and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Water FIlter and Shower System Warranty Limitations . Warranty covers only normal household use and shall be void if products have been damaged by accidents (drops, falls, unreasonably used or misused, abused, neglected, improperly assembled, maintained or serviced, used for commercial or any other purposes outside of that of use in a bathroom or shower stall for the purpose of drinking and showering with potable, microbiologically safe water, or repaired by unauthorized persons. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY - All purchase are final after 30 days. Used or open products are not accepted for refund. No refunds of any type are available for SGE Bedding or SGE Bath Powder or Bath Stones products. Returned items must be unused and in saleable condition (no scratches, damages, and in original packaging) will be accepted for return only after approval by telephone. Original shipping cost (if applicable) plus 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunded items. |
