Your Energy Stone Shower System has been engineered and manufactured of the highest grade materials, to the highest professional standards of workmanship, and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Shower System Warranty Limitations . Warranty covers only normal household use and shall be void if Shower System has been damaged by accidents (drops, falls, unreasonably used or misused, abused, neglected, improperly assembled, maintained or serviced, used for commercial or any other purposes outside of that of use in a bathroom or shower stall for the purpose of showering with potable, microbiologically safe water, or repaired by unauthorized persons. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY - Used or open products are not accepted for refund. No refunds of any type are available for SGE Bedding or SGE Bath Stones products. Returned items must be unused and in saleable condition (no scratches, damages, and in original packaging) will be accepted for return only after approval by telephone. Original shipping cost (if applicable) plus 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund items. |
