| SGE Energy Bath Powder provides a superior far-infrared sauna and hot spring bath, without overheating the body or the need for expensive equipment. Similar to hot spring therapy, SGE Energy Bath must be enjoyed over a period of time to achieve and receive thel full range of health benefits. To detoxify and increase energy level: Using 2-3 level tablespoons, take 3 to 4 baths weekly for the first month, and then 1 bath weekly thereafter for maintenance. Chronic fatigue: Take 1 bath every day for 35 consecutive days, at 2-3 level tablespoons per bath, and then 1 or 2 baths per week for maintenance. Circulation, joint stiffness, pain, fat burning, frozen shoulder, skin problems, and other degenerative conditions: Follow the directions for detoxifying above, or take one bath daily as desired. BATH DIRECTIONS: Fill bath to half with warm water (98-101 F). Stir in 2-3 level tablespoons of SGE Energy Bath Lie in the tub comfortably and fill with hotter water (103-107 F), bathing for a full 30-40 minutes. Sensitive adults and children may begin bathing with lower water temperatures. Stay hydrated during and after bathing. After bathing, wrap in bath towels or robe, and rest in a relaxed position for 20-30 minutes as the body cools. Some may feel a exhausted for few hours after bathing. Soothing, Relaxing Baths: Use 1 level tablespoon to reduce stress and muscle fatigue. Bathing 1 to 2 hours before bedtime has been shown to assist toward a deeper, more satisfying and restful sleep. Shake before using for accurate measure. Completely dissolves; leaves no residue. SGE may be used with hot tubs and onsen baths. Contains 64 regular 1 level tablespoon baths (1300 grams/2.86 lbs/45.85 oz.). Close firmly and store in a dry place between uses. Natural Ingredients: SGE mineral stone, sodium hydrogen carbonate, dried sodium sulfate, natural aluminum silicate (natural bentonite clay). SGE Energy Bath contains no coloring or fragrance.
